By registering, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment:

Within 7 days of your booking, you will transfer an initial payment. The correct amount and account number will be forwarded to you by email. Your registration is only final after receipt of this payment. 
The remaining amount can be transferred beforehand or paid in cash on site.

Cancellation by participants:

In case of cancellation, we will charge the following fees:
- after booking: 5% of the total amount
- within 12 weeks before starting date: 20% of the total amount 
- within 8 weeks before starting date: 50% of total amount,
- within 3 weeks before the start date: 75% of the total amount,
- within 1 week before start date: 100%.

Cancellation by us:

If a retreat is cancelled by us, the amount paid will be fully refunded. A tango retreat will take place from 6 participants onwards. In case of fewer registrations, the retreat may be cancelled. If you have already booked a trip (plane/bus/train, hotel, car hire), you will have to take out your own cancellation insurance for the costs incurred. 

Cancellation by teachers:

- If a tutor cannot attend due to exceptional circumstances, we will do our utmost to find a suitable replacement.
- In the event that one of the teachers is unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, the other teacher is responsible for working with a qualified dance/teaching partner to find a suitable replacement.
