When registering, you and your dance partner agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment:

You transfer the first payment within 7 days after your booking. The correct amount and account number will be sent to you by email. Your registration is only final after receipt of this payment.
The remaining amount can be transferred before the start or paid in cash on the spot.

Cancellation by participants:

In case of cancellation, we charge the following costs:
- after booking: 5% of the total amount
- within 12 weeks before the start date: 20% of the total amount,
- within 8 weeks before the start date: 50% of the total amount,
- within 3 weeks before the start date: 75% of the total amount,
- within 1 week before the start: 100%.

Cancellation by us:

If a tango week is canceled by us, the amount paid will be fully refunded. A tango week takes place from 4 couples. The week can be canceled with fewer couples. If you have already booked a trip (plane/bus/train, hotel, car rental) you must take out cancellation insurance yourself for the costs you have incurred.

Cancellation by teachers:

- If a couple of teachers cannot be present due to exceptional circumstances, we will do our utmost to find a suitable replacement.
- In the event that one of the teachers is unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, the other teacher is responsible to come up with a qualified dance/class partner to replace the original teacher who canceled his/her participation.
